Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle from leonard rent cars, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Both the renter and leonard rent cars are bound by these terms.

Eligibility Criteria

To rent a vehicle from leonard rent cars, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Provide a valid ID or passport.

Payment Terms

• All rental charges must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.
• Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period will incur a fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.

Insurance and Coverage

• Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals.
• Additional coverage options are available at an extra cost.
• The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by the insurance policy.

Vehicle Usage

• The vehicle must be used in accordance with local traffic laws.
• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities.
• Mileage limits apply; additional charges may be incurred for exceeding the limit.

Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time.
• Late returns will incur additional charges.
• The vehicle will be inspected upon return, and any damages or excessive wear will be billed to the renter.

Liability

• The renter is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
• In case of an accident, the renter must report the incident to leonard rent cars immediately and follow the prescribed procedures.

Amendments

• Any changes to the rental agreement must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
• leonard rent cars reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
